At Evouro, we work with trusted international shipping partners to deliver orders worldwide as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, or limited inventory availability, processing times may be extended.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, including shipping address changes, as orders begin processing quickly.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 10–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
  • Latin America: 15–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volumes.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment locations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Evouro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Evouro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
